Sharon A. Sloan is an expert at clearly communicating complex concepts across diverse audiences, sensitive to the needs of multicultural and multilingual audiences. She has demonstrated the ability to lead impactful teams, strategic initiatives and projects.

Ms. Sloan spent nearly 30 years with Chevron, most recently as a change management consultant, where she was responsible for building business readiness and organizational capability through effective change management. She also advised business unit leaders on methods to improve decision quality and better understand how behavioral change management is critical to project success and sustainability, and guided capital project teams on the systematic application of Chevron’s project management methodology. In previous roles with Chevron, she served as manager, organizational capability and manager, information design and consulting.
