Majid M. Salamah has over 20 years of exploration and production experience with Saudi Aramco and Chevron. He held multiple roles ranging from reservoir simulation, simulation support, reservoir management, and business development. Mr. Salamah most recently served as the Organizational Capability Manager for Reservoir and Production Engineering at Chevron Energy Technology Co., where he worked with team leaders and unit managers to develop strategic staffing plans, identify competency gaps, and create competency development plans aligned with business plans. While with Saudi Aramco, he supervised a multicultural technical staff of engineers and system analysts who were responsible for supporting reservoir and facility simulation software.
