Carl Glaw is a certified public accountant and the managing partner of GLO Certified Public Accountants. A fourth-generation Houstonian, Carl provides clients with strategic business support that includes tax, benefit and retirement planning, and plan design and administration. His proactive approach to financial planning and asset protection has been integral to the growth and evolution of the firm. Under his leadership, Glaw, Londergan & O’Neal (GLO) has passed the American Institute of Certified Public Accountant’s stringent “peer review” (setting the highest standards for quality control), for the third time in nine years.

A 1977 graduate of the University of Houston’s School of Accounting, Carl has been an ongoing supporter of the Bauer College of Business and other University of Houston programs. In 2003, he was named Distinguished Alumnus of the Year. He currently serves on the Equity Board of the UH Center of Entrepreneurship & Innovation, the Advisory Board of the Bauer College of Business Department of Accounting and Taxation, and Chairs the Advisory Board of the UH Department of Petroleum
Engineering.

Carl is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Texas Society of CPAs and the Houston Chapter of the Texas Society of CPAs.
